This was a part of a live brief which involved designing an event for the 20th anniversary celebration of a fictional pet shop called Animal Kingdom. I eventually developed the idea of having a Rock n Roll Hall of Fame type event that was centred around animals, which I named ‘A Round of Appaws’. One of the deliverables required was a piece of physical collateral, as a result I decided to make invitations in the form of 7″ singles that exhibited appropriations of famous LP covers on them.
